OVERSEAS
RESIDENCE

  Communication, culture, and care

Anxiety moving abroad?

I've never been abroad before, I don't speak any foreign language and I'd rather stay in Japan. I don't know what to do...

For some, going on an oversea residency is an opportunity to grow as a person and an employee, learn a new language and experience a new culture. For many others, though, it is a daunting experience. This is especially true for people who have never been overseas on business before.

However, we are here to help. We have helped 5,000 businessmen to mitigate their fears and prepare them for a successful stint overseas.

We support students through a mixture of applied e-learning with explanations for absolute beginners, lessons with a bilingual instructor and cultural explanations. We create individual study roadmaps and a custom curriculum, then track student progress throughout the course.

We also offer regular check-ups on the student's mental wellbeing, and give soon-to-be managers cross-cultural management ability on our Global Management course.

Once the student is overseas, we offer continued online lessons following the same curriculum and with the same instructor.

We also offer a weekly troubleshooting service, in which an instructor helps students with language or cultural problems that they may have experienced at work.
